Cookie Policy

This accreditation portal only uses cookies that are needed to make it work. We do not measure your behaviour, we do not follow you across other websites, and we share nothing with advertisers.

That is also why we do not ask for your consent: it is not required for strictly necessary cookies.

The cookies we set

• Sign-in cookies. When you sign in, we keep a cookie that lets us recognise you on every following page. Without it you would have to sign in again on every click. These cookies are set by Supabase, which handles our authentication, and disappear when you sign out or when the session expires.

We set no other cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party measurement script on this portal.

What we keep on your device without a cookie

If you use the scanning screen — the one for staff at the entrance — your browser keeps two things locally:

• Which scanning post you selected, so you do not have to pick it again for every scan.
• The scans you made, so they are not lost when the network drops at the entrance.

This lives in your browser storage, not in a cookie. It is sent nowhere except to us, and you can clear it by removing the site data in your browser settings.

Third-party maps

For a parking pass or a route map we show a map built from OpenStreetMap tiles. To draw it, your browser fetches those images directly from OpenStreetMap, which means they see your IP address. We send them nothing else about you.

Refusing or clearing cookies

You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you refuse the sign-in cookies you will not be able to sign in and your requests will not be visible — the portal will then only work for submitting a new request.
